Planning An Event
Our team at Cottonwood Glen will assist in planning your event through coordination and on-site services to enhance your celebration!
Step 1: Contact
Contact us by email, phone or via your preferred social media platform. We are available every day except Mondays. When sending a message, please include the type of event you are planning, the ideal date(s), size of the group and your contact information. We will be in touch within a day.
Step 2: Review and Tour
After an introduction we will prepare a proposal for your review. If the proposal meets your needs, we will set up a time to tour. Tours are by appointment only, they last about 40 minutes. We are closed on Mondays.
Step 3: Secure and Plan
Cottonwood Glen will hold a date for up to seven days at which time we will secure the date for you with a contract. A signed contract with a deposit of 50% is due to secure the date. (The deposit may be higher on some dates.) We will gladly assist with your event coordination or invite you to work with your own planner. We look forward to a great celebration!

Allowing us to deliver all types of events for every occasion. While the summer season is the most popular at Cottonwood Glen, we do host events year round!
Food and Beverage services are delivered by our preferred partners. These professionals will meet your dietary needs and budget as well as vision. Collectively we realize this is an important part of your event experience and our partners specialize in off-premise catering services. Enjoy!

Cottonwood Glen is designed to accommodate all of Colorado’s outdoor wedding event celebrations. Ideal for a summer engagement toast or bridal luncheon, your ceremony and wedding reception, or groom’s bachelor party on the courses of the sporting club, are all options of how to enjoy Cottonwood Glen.
When you celebrate at Cottonwood Glen, you become a part of our storybook. Each wedding is chronicled on the pages of our website and enhanced with a few signature photos and recognition of your select event partners. Every wedding is a story and we want to continue to share yours…
Prepare for the big day in the bridal suite. When ready enjoy beautiful photo opportunities with your photographer. Be transported in a carriage to The Glen, the ceremony site. Invite guests to enjoy cocktails on the patio. This area may also be transitioned after dinner into a dance floor.
Dance the night away under the stars on the checkboard stone patio. All enhanced with market lights suspended above accented by the glow of the ambers in the fireplace on the other end of the event area. Comfortable seating areas are set around the reception area.
The market lights can be continued above the events lawn creating an illuminated dining canopy. If you choose a tent for your reception, the events lawn is the suggested location and able to accommodate a 40’ x 60’ size tent, which is ideal for 200 guests, but larger parties can be accommodated. This entertainment area is an ideal location giving guests direct access to the main restrooms as well as the bridal party to the VIP lounge area.
Cottonwood Glen changes with the time of day and year! Photos are unique based on the weather. Throughout the day the venue takes on different looks which enhance the backdrop of your wedding photos.
Cottonwood Glen Wedding Package invites you for an engagement photo session with your photographer. The rental fee is inclusive of all tables for your event and a 2pm-12am reservation. This also includes the use of the following spaces: Bridal Suite, Grooms Retreat, Patio, Fireplace, The Glen ceremony area, and the Events Lawn. Complimentary parking is also included as well as the VIP area, on-site coordination and more. Additional services may be added from the venue or brought in by vendors of your choice. The only preferred vendors that we require you to use are the food and beverage partners we have and the rental companies we work with.
Cottonwood Glen does require a wedding planner for the day of coordination or full-service package. You may bring in any professional planner you select or we can refer upon request.
